30 Day Bible Challenge: Can One Month Change Your Life?

Have you ever wondered if the Bible is more than just an ancient book? Whether you’re a curious skeptic, a seeker, or a brand-new believer, we have a challenge for you: The 30-Day Bible Experiment.

The goal is simple: Spend just 15–20 minutes every day reading the Bible for the next month. Don’t worry about “getting it all right” or feeling religious. Just read, and see if it begins to change your perspective, your peace, or your life.

How to Take the Challenge

  • Keep an Open Mind: You don’t have to believe everything right away. It’s okay to have doubts or questions. Just stay curious.
  • Don’t Stop if You Miss a Day: Life happens. If you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up or quit. Just pick it up where you left off the next day. The goal is progress, not perfection.
  • Follow the Roadmap: If you aren’t sure where to flip first, check out our guide: Where to Start Reading the Bible: A Simple 4-Book Roadmap. It will give you a clear path through the most essential parts of the story.

A Note to the Skeptic

If you don’t believe in God or the Bible right now, that is perfectly okay. Many people throughout history started exactly where you are. We simply invite you to test the claims of the Bible for yourself. Read it as a historical document, a literary masterpiece, or a philosophical guide—but keep reading.

What if Something Clicks?

As you read, you might find that the words start to feel personal. You might begin to see the character of Jesus in a new light. If at any point during these 30 days you feel a tug in your heart and start to believe, you don’t have to wait until the month is over.

You can put your faith in Jesus Christ right now. To understand what that means and how to take that step, visit our page: Yes, Even You Can Be Saved.

Tips for Success

  • Aim for 15-20 Minutes: While 10 minutes is better than nothing, it often takes a few minutes to settle your mind and find your rhythm. Giving yourself that extra time allows you to really “get into” what you’re reading before the clock runs out.
  • Solo or Duo: This is a perfect challenge to do alone for personal reflection. However, if you have a friend or family member who is also curious or a believer, consider doing it together. Having someone to discuss what you’ve read can add a whole new layer of insight.
  • Find a Quiet Spot: Try to read at the same time and place each day to build the habit.
  • Ask Questions: Keep a notebook nearby. If you find something confusing, write it down.
  • Start with a Simple Prayer: Even if you aren’t sure who you’re talking to, try saying, “If you are real, show me something today.”
